What can the shift in world-view in the 16th century tell us today? The exhibition examines relationships between the 16th century and the present, opening up astonishing new ways of viewing history. An interactive app, comment functions, and visitor surveys invite visitors to develop their own stance toward the exhibition’s topics and theories. Along with the concept of the exhibition, this innovative communication strategy forms the focus of ‘Meet the Curators’. The curators present their ideas for the exhibition and invite you to join in the conversation.
Whether with a group of friends, a club, or colleagues, you can book a personalised group tour of the exhibition through the Kunst- und Kulturpädagogisches Zentrum der Museen in Nürnberg (KPZ).
Competent museum educators lead you on a journey through time, exploring the 16th-century world in transition and pointing out the most important highlights of the exhibition. You determine the length of the tour. We recommend a 90-minute tour (price: €90, plus museum admission per person). Tours in English, Italian, French and Russian are available upon request. If you wish to bring your own guide, we kindly ask that you register your group in advance for organizational purposes.
